This policy explains what information Arthur Asirvatham Hospital, Madurai ("we") collects through arthurasirvathamhospital.org and how we use it.
Reading this website does not require an account, and we do not collect personal or medical information from patients through it. Our server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a limited time.
When a representative books an appointment with the doctor, we collect the company registration number, name, mobile number, the session booked and the IP address used. We use this only to manage appointments with the doctor, to enforce the booking rules and to keep the booking system secure. Appointment records are kept as part of the hospital's records. Availability checks that did not lead to a booking are deleted after 90 days.
The Doctors Speak page shows talks by our doctors hosted on YouTube. Playing a video loads it from YouTube, which may set its own cookies; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Our staff upload these talks to the hospital's own YouTube channel through our admin system, which uses YouTube API Services. It accesses only the hospital's own channel, to upload videos and to set their title, description and visibility. It does not access any viewer's or other user's YouTube data. By watching our videos you are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. To draft video titles and descriptions, the talk is processed by Google's Gemini service. The hospital can revoke the admin system's access to its channel at any time from Google security settings.
We do not sell or share personal information with anyone, except where the law requires it.
